Absolutely! Once I have your questionnaire responses, I'll prepare a detailed schedule including the timeline, locations, coverage specifics, emergency contacts, and planned family portraits. This organized approach ensures everyone involved, from family to vendors, knows the photography plan throughout your day, promoting a seamless, enjoyable experience for all. Sharing this schedule in advance keeps everyone coordinated and ready to capture those unforgettable moments!

Do you make a schedule for me?

Absolutely! While my three curated wedding collections cater to most weekend celebrations, I recognize the unique charm of elopements and unconventional ceremonies. If you're planning an intimate gathering or a weekday event, I'm more than happy to tailor a custom collection that aligns perfectly with your needs and vision. And remember, additional elements can always be incorporated from the à la carte menu for a more personalized quote.

Can I customize my wedding collection?

All of my Collections will deliver 60-300 engagement photos and 500-1500 photos from the wedding depending on hours covered, number of photographers, etc.

How many photos can I expect to receive from my day?

Absolutely! While I ensure essential moments are captured at every wedding, I appreciate and welcome your input. Feel free to share a Pinterest board or shot list to highlight special details you prioritize. Moreover, my pre-wedding questionnaire further ensures I focus on what is most significant to you. Together, we'll ensure every cherished moment is featured in your final gallery.

Can I make a pinterest board or shot list for you to cover?

Absolutely, one dedicated photographer can beautifully capture your day! I ensure to balance my time between both parties during preparations and reserve a key ceremony spot to catch every priceless reaction. While a second photographer offers added perspectives, particularly for larger weddings (over 150 guests) or tight venues, many weddings are perfectly captured with just one. If you're unsure, I can share galleries of my solo work versus two-photographer weddings, helping you make the best choice for your special day.

Is one photographer enough for our wedding, or should we consider a second?

I value transparency and adventure, charging no hidden fees while happily journeying to weddings far and wide. I offer complimentary travel within 80 km of Sarnia or Hamilton, ON on wedding days. Beyond that, I charge a modest $0.90/km. For celebrations outside Southern Ontario, or even in another province or country, I provide a fair, custom quote covering my travel expenses. I adore exploring new places (especially Canada and Europe!) and view travel as a joy, not a hassle. Rest assured, I'll be upfront about any necessary costs from the start.

Are there any hidden fees? What about travel?

The highlight films include clips from all chapters of the day set in sequence with music (the couple can choose their song if they’d like!). These films can be enjoyed in addition to your videographers delivery or may be the only video you have from the day andI am so happy to offer this to my couples as well as offering the option to extend it by the minute according to the al-a-cart menu if they so choose.

What are the 'Highlight Films' all about for Wedding Collections?

While most couples find creating their wedding album challenging, with 8 out of 10 never completing it, I’m here to help! I offer expert design services, ensuring your memories are preserved with a luxurious touch through my trusted printers. However, if you're dedicated to crafting your own, I wholeheartedly support that choice! I can suggest fantastic Canadian printers and provide all your high-resolution images —so print away!

Do we need to order our wedding album through you, or can we design our own?

Absolutely! I certainly encourage incorporating your furry friends into your engagement session and, if feasible, your wedding day. They're part of your story, after all! I do recommend bringing along a friend to care for them during your exclusive couple shots, ensuring you're relaxed and they're in safe hands.

Can we include our pets in the photos?

I accept a $1500 non-refundable retainer payable in one or two installments. You can opt to pay the retainer in $750 installments set 3 months apart. You can pay via credit card, e-transfer, or cash, all subject to HST.

What kind of deposit do you ask for and what are your payment methods?
